Ok so what the fuck was this about? I decided to do the simulacrum thing with 50 fragments and the waves got exponentially harder but whenever i died i instantly respawned and just continued blasting at no penalty.

I just continued doing this until i cleared the whole thing.
Is that how its supposed to work? it makes no fucking sense.
