>and when silver dropped so low that face was more than content, a guy tried cashing his in and the banks refused it.
Ironically enough, I know how governments and banks assume authority that belongs to neither of them, and many fall for listening to either of them.
It's much easier to self govern, and self bank and exceed both local, state, and federal institutions. This story, hearsay or not, matters little because it's happening every day, everywhere, in every-way imaginable. Line go up, line go down, tp on shelves, no tp for the bunghole, coffee not tariffed, coffee 17 fedbux a pound. I'm pretty sure from my decades of experience that it's best to just be grateful for having what you need, and especially grateful for having abundance beyond that of useful resources that is useful to provide for needs, my own, and others who I may be able to help.
Then there's beyond that, to have opulent and exquisite things of beauty and value, which inspire and motivate productivity and passion. This is evidence of immense blessing, but since beauty is truly in the eyes of the beholder, it varies greatly from one individual to another.
The old saying, "One man's trash is another man's treasure," surely comes to mind. There's many things that I value that very few others do. One of those things is understanding, especially of truth or what and what is not true. I abhor the NIV version, but this verse in the KJV is rarely understood, so I keep it handy for just such occasions. Pic related.
Coining words of truth rather than conning words of lies in a thing of beauty to me. So thank you.
