This moment showed Lalah rewriting reality to what she perceived it to be the moment she was trapped in time, with Char as the Red Comet.
However Char seems to be aware that this was her last memory of him.
Unless this is GQuuuuuuX Char who somehow learned about the events of the main Gundam timeline, or a Char from any point between the events of 0079 and CCA, this seems like it really is post-Axis Shock CCA Char like some people were predicting.
Which means the RX-78 is really the Nu-Gundam
With Axis Shock Amuro inside.
