I do recommend giving the first season dub a watch through. The cast is having a lot of fun, and despite the shows' deliberately lowbrow ambitions the dub team put a lot of effort giving the girls the best crafted crassness they could manage. But their work really pays off when the demon sisters show up and they just spin yarn with their hilariously inaccessible vocabularies. But, to be sure, it's more of a gag dub than a straightforward dub, but seeing as some of these guys also worked on the infamous ghost stories dub it's definitely worth a listen.

Pretty sure we shouldn't have gotten a season two. Season one was a deliberate trolling.

The thing is that it got incredibly popular and that popularity had longevity.

15 years and Panty and Stocking was still a cult favorite and especially influential to internet artists over all of that time.

This whole season is kind of like an encore continuation more than it is a second season.

It's the futurama effect, the fans refused to let it die.
