Never said that “心” should never be translated as “heart” or that there's only one word, I just said “my heart isn't ready” isn't the correct translation for “心の準備が出来てない、” but it's nice that you can actually produce an actual Japanese sentence to make an argument, I respect that.
There indeed “from the bottom of my heart” is the correct translation.
