You humans were not designed to eat red meat every day at every meal. Or meat with every meal in general. In fact having set meals is kind of antithetical to what you were supposed to do.
Your diets are supposed to be very varied and seasonal.
Heavier on meats in the winter for sure but spring, summer, and fall more into seeds, vegetables, nuts.
You should be eating fish and eggs and the occasional chicken.
Lean meats like rabbit and some fatty meats.
Basically you get the idea a very varied diet.
What's killing you all food wise is you try to stick with as few food items/types as possible.
