Lost 60 pounds since March by eliminating all snacking and frozen/processed/microwavable garbage. I also eat two small meals a day at 11 AM and then 6 PM.
I feel great and it's nice to see my penis again. Currently at 204 with my goal weight being 180.
You guys can do it too but you have to want it and then actually hold yourself accountable.
