not really a fair comparison
modern armies with modern faggot rules make it difficult to end conflicts quickly
The process favors long and drawn out engagements.
If you let 1k marines loose on India with no fear of disciplinary action, it becomes a matter of how many Indias they can conquer.
Using only what the USMC has at it's disposal, my guess is 5 - 7 Indias before enough of them shit themselves to death from the local "cuisine"

2 things
1) I'm really surprised this thread is still up
2) you guys are just weak af

I did a stretch in Tx Dept of Corrections for assault.
I was comfortably doing 500 regular lock and load pushups per day. I did more for fun and to pass the time but I didn't count those as I just kinda did whatever.
Archers, plyos, mixed in with burpees, etc.
When I got out and ate some non prison food at my brother's place, I noticed he had a full gym.
Using the gym at TDC came with additional problems, so I just ran my program and did calisthenics.
At my bro's place, I could see what I could actually bench.
We started off with 2 plates @ 3 reps. Hilariously light to me
3 plates @ 3 reps felt a little more difficult for me. Bro was done.
Rest was 5 minutes in between sets btw.
Started adding 5 lbs each set.
Made it all the way up to 4 plates + 15lbs on each side for a total of 435 lbs for 3 reps
My weight at the time was just a hair under 240lbs
For the math geniuses, you'll notice that's not quite 2x.
It was estimated.
3 reps is commonly thought to be 90% of the one rep max.
