oooof that's harsh. I'm enjoying 10 weeks of paid leave a year. It's even too much at times, some years I'm not able to take them all because I'm conscientious with the projects I manage. But I convert them into more money, so it's not all bad. Some years I take the entire 10 weeks though, and it's fucking great.
