The presumption of innocence/inaction afforded to every anime character ever applies. There aren’t hymen inspection scenes in anime because “has sex” is the additional characteristic from a character’s baseline.

>Prove she doesn’t volunteer at the soup kitchen in her free time! She might! We just don’t see it! (And on and on and on)
That’s a ridiculous way to approach a character. You can unseriously headcanon whatever extra curricular offscreen activities you want for fun, but when you assert that your fantasies *are* canon, well, the burden is on you to prove it.
