Yup. Grade 10 I had had enough, I would come into class with a book sit in a corner and read it and refuse to do anything else. "Group project time!" Fuck you. After a few months of this I was officially dropped out. I ended up going to community college, getting a degree from a decent four-year in Classics, and now I write top-shelf effort posts about ancient logic and call people pseuds on /lit/. I am living proof that public education is a waste of time. If you condensed the actual instruction you get out of a typical 8 hour school day it would be maybe 30 minutes.
