Nah. The main plot involving the villain is by far the worst ever in the franchise, worse than that guy from 4 even. The game balance is pretty wonky and it feels like it's missing a lot of things, also the boss of every chapter is the exact same every time but with higher stats for reasons I hope someone was fired over. However the characters, music and antics are all as lovable as ever.
