What can I do at home to get a nice butt, hips and legs? How should I be eating? What home gym stuff should i invest in first?
I'm trans and my current build is skinny with some muscle. I have a skinny waist, sometimes abs and decently wide hipbones but i wanna get my butt/hips/thighs bigger to visually balance out my shoulders being on the wide side for a girl. I do calisthenics in my room 5-6 days a week but i don't really know what i'm doing or if my routine is good. When I search online everything seems pretty clickbaity and I can never tell the quality of the advice.
