Oh boy. Animation quality has nothing to do with how good an individual frame is, like even 10 bad frames out of 10000 makes it bad, its what the thing looks like in motion, usually when there is a lot of movement or action you will get what is called "smears", and they look like shit, in motion however they are not noticeable and only serve to make an animation smoother where its like a transition frame, if you stopped on every frame you would notice that a lot of genuinely good animations have shit like incorrect proportions, wierd faces and limbs that dont make sense....because its made to be viewed in motion, not frame by frame.
Youre doing the equivelent of what people do in games where they go up to a wall and analyze how little detail there is and that it looks like shit, and then turn around and see that there is a whole city being rendered with people walking around and explosions, with lots of movement going on and its in 3rd person perspective.
