Only hard requirement is 1200 stats when you combine stam+guts but higher stam is better + a gold recovery like maestro.
Most people in the general have been aiming for 1200 speed + high enough stam + good skill hints.
Outside of the hard stamina requirement, the other stats aren't as important as having a good skill set up.
You can have an amazing roll goldship with ridiculously good highroll stats and it'll lose to a random shitter who has better inherited uniques.
