Clears you see are based on local servers, they arent global. And prior to Quinn you still needed Lorelei on low clears to stall. Also you failed notice that I said in my post that there were moments with those low clears where Lorelei was too slow and unusable and used Pavana instead, this was prior to Quinn. Quinn has taken over that stall role from Lorelei and Pavana. And since shes also pushing that deficit gap even further, Lorelei will not be a mainstay because she'll die too and you rather want to Quinn => TAiona as fast as possible, she will be stage dependent, the meta has changed.

Also most low clears are done by either whales, lucksackers with good dupes, or those that won the Tier 9 lottery and got their faction gear. Look at pic rel for 17-3, the lowest clear on this stage is a whole 10 levels less than 2nd and 3rd place guys and 400 BP less, but has lots of dupes.
