The gym and most other activities they openly participate should be observed and scrutinized for educational purposes. If they're trying to actually learn the activity, let them and politely help them without feeding their egos. If they're doing it for vanity, avoid at all costs and try not to become a prop. Im an unapologetic casino rat, but for some reason that seems to be the one breaking point with chicks because they're forced pretty rapidly to learn BR management and strategy, or else they will brick their bank account and not have anything "noteworthy" to share on socials. One of my best friends is a chick and I bring her to casinos all the time because its factored in/low cost to me and they generally behave and try to learn because they dont like not being the center of attention at a craps/poker table.
Not for everyone, but I've found success in this. Its also fun figuring out the threshold for what they think "A LOT of Money" is.
