tldr: is Japan actually racist against wytpipo?
Blog post: I'm at a crossroads of my life. I am thinking about settling down in either Taiwan or Japan. I currently live in Taiwan and the country is very friendly towards me and other respectful foreigners which I deeply appreciate, but I'm having difficulty learning the language and I wonder if I can put aside my extreme dislike of the weather and some other issues long enough to make this my home. I speak Japanese somewhat well and I'm wondering if switching to Japan would be better for me since the language would be easier for me and the weather would be better.
But I hear that Japan is chudding out very hard right now and I'm looking to settle permanently. For those of you who have lived there or just know a lot about Japan, is it really that chuddy these days? I don't want to live somewhere where I am looked down upon as a nuisance by the majority of people.
