Fucking came here to post that. Even Envoy's Longhorn does insane poise damage with the thousand bubbles it blows out. I managed to kill the giant furnace guy at the start of the dlc before knowing you could get better level scaling through seeds(?) just by knocking him down with bubbles over and over. It was a shame I didn't realise you could smash his face though until later.
