they also said that the VT2 shop was originally going to come not long after tencent acquired shares but they were worried about what the players would think so they held off on it for a bit
in an article from 2019 it says that tencent acquired a 36% stake in that year, and on wikipedia it says tencent acquired a majority stake in 2021, dunno how much
the VT2 bit is somewhat believable because the shop isn't really that jewish at all, but tencent have definitely sunk their yellow claws deep into darktide

coincidentally the article that says tencent acquired majority stake was published in january 2021 and the announcement that darktide will be delayed to 2022 was made in july 2021, i find that curious
