Alas for the end of daypire, but this perhaps-less-silly one will have to do, though given how choices naturally jump between characteristics of the sire and of the self for it I'm not sure how I ought to lay it all out. And god, this is long, having written even very brief explanations in I'm over 6000 characters already.
Generation: Sire is of the 7th, a longtime medieval holdover, and so I am of the 8th.
World: Not Of This
>Ideal Vessel would let me reshuffle my appearance, but I'd still be stuck with certain other troubles that I would much rather cast off, so this soul/memory transmigration seems like a good deal.
Clan: Salubri
Organization: ROLL: (8) = Camarilla, despite not being an eligible bloodline
>How does this work in practice? I'm not quite sure! Evidently my sire is some rare holdover who has quietly struggled or snuggled her way amidst the relative calm of the Camarilla's organization.
UNNATURAL EMBRACE
>Sanguine Resilience
>Repentance of the Beast
>Ideal Vessel (w/Appearance)
It's naive to think that attractiveness solves all problems, particularly in such a scenario as this, but it does provide real benefits. Sanguine Resilience is a long-term investment for if I should happen to survive the long term.
Curses:
>The Sun, tier 2, (disorientation, second-degree burns)
>>With Golconda, tier 1, just weakened and annoyed
>Fire, tier 3! (terrifying, excruciating, hard to heal)
>>With Golconda, tier 2, 'merely' "years to heal"
>Manifestation, tier 3! (all tastes of ash)
>>With Golconda, I can enjoy food again!
>Consent, tier 2! (blood taken forcefully tastes awful, painful)
>Empathy, tier 1! (retain most humanity)
I am a most unvampiric vampire as far as these things go, being able to at least bear the sun a bit normally, and if somehow a state of Golconda can be swiftly attained, even wander out into it without great trouble. Plus, of course, still caring about people and not preying upon them.
