Sucks to go backwards from my 20s. I used to have decent lifts (225 for 5 bench) now I cant help but be depressive about being 10 years older and weaker than ever. (165 feels so heavy)
20/4 fasts and maintaining protein helped me drop my first 12 pounds. Ill probably aim for 165 and see how it looks and feels. Cheers.
