Seriously, compare pic related to >>719057964 and notice just how much more the original art has going for it. Ecclesia is running, she's got her hammer at the ready, the devastation of the fight against Titaniklad is in the background, and her hair/cloak is flowing in the wind. It's just a better card art and it tells the story of the Branded lore very well despite that lore just being a set of single images. I think the anime is good but there's a huge difference in what you need from a given visual when you have several minutes of continuous animation versus basically one-panel snapshots of what's happening at any given time.
