The reality is, Russia isn't high tech enough to counter drones. Cope cages, meshes, wires and whatever else are not stopping drones.
To stop drones you need electronic interference, or if they are using wires then you need to microwave them. Russia has access to neither of these technologies. So Russia will keep losing million dollar tanks to $200 drones.
