Adding a bit of info to this image since i haven't seen it posted yet, here is how much "data" each unreleased character has.
I also saw a post that has a bit more info on the newly added nagant and the "unknown" characters.
Post is taken straight from plebbit, so like usual take it with a grain of salt, but this user has posted other leaks and datamines in the past, so it's (probably) mostly accurate info:

"Ch015 - Shigaraki

Var2 folder exist, suggesting another SkillSet

Ch114 - Unknown

114 likely don't have extra appendages like a gun for an arm or a tail or anything that would require a bone, likely a normal human or just not in the files yet

Ch115 - Lady Nagant

Right arm is a rifle

Left arm is a normal one

Ch200 - Unknown

Got two accessory, one called "Shooter Arm" on both arms, and one called "Foot Armor" on both legs

Shooter Arm seems to be separated in 3 model A, B and C for left and same for right, most likely for animation purposes

Ch201 - Unknown

Got two Uncounterable Attack in Mirio's file called "Quirk 1 爆発" and "Quirk 2"

Got an accessory called "Tyrant Horns" on his head

Tyrant Horn is separated in 4, A, B, C, D for left and same for right

爆発 is often used for AOE or Explosions

Ch201Unique2ShotMini

Highly likely to be another Bakugo considering Ch200 and Ch201

Ch202 - Final War Deku

Special Material for legs called "Metalic Silver" and "Metallic Texture"

Leg got reflective component

Only other character with Metalic Silver is Monoma for TetsuTetsu's steel.

Metallic Texture only Ch202 currently has
Got a Hair Accessory or anime hair like Momo's hair, All Might's or Mic's because they have a physic bone in his skeleton like them.
