B. This 'day one DLC' is their way of fulfilling their obligations of releasing two DLC like HSL were going to do. So, they can ship the project out the door and not touch it ever again. That's what they're doing here, the game was supposed to release in 2020 never in a million years did they ever envisage this project taking this much money and time to get out the fucking door.
