The reason why /fit/fags talk about drinking a gallon of milk a day is because it contains roughly 150 grams of protein. You can drink about two 28 oz blender bottles of milk+protein powder (70g+70g) for roughly the same effect. Your gains will be absolutely minimal if you don't start matching your weight with your protein.
