I think there's plenty good Hapy Harpy representation to be fair, but I do think Mermaids are probably the most popular or at least widely recognizable Monster Girl with Harpies being a closer second, which is why I was pleasantly surprised by what that anon had found. Harpies are much, much more common in vidya than in anime however. With the exception of Papi, almost all of the most popular, iconic, or widely recognizable Harpies that I know of come from various games.
And I love My Wife Reina (and our friend Goose) I assure you, but Lucretia and Dodo undeniably are more popular than both of them, and have more art of them as well. Although I've found a lot of fanart of the various Harpies from Luka's world, thankfully, and Reina is close behind Lucretia. They seem to be very well loved for understandable reasons. Besides showing up as popular/iconic enemies or allies in various games though the most popular or at least iconic Harpies are probably the Harpy Lady and Harpy Lady Sisters.
That being said though I do think we have to keep in mind that this is all relative to Monster Girls; Harpies are popular among Monster Girls, but Monster Girls themselves are somewhat niche. But I've still seen Harpies break out from time to time

There's the MG Doctor Anime that had a Harpy Village in it, I've never watched any of the anime itself, but I've seen the parts of it with the Harpies and it seems pretty nice.
though some of the advice he's giving is wrong.
Meidri isn't a true Harpy (she's a "Birdmaid"), but she's fun too.
I didn't really watch what she's from either, though. Also an Owl Girl.
