That's just a ludicrous cope. An average plot for a recently built single family house in America is about 0.13 hectares. Even if you quadrupled the prices in picrelated to account for more desirable locations that aren't out in the boonies, the cost of land itself would still be almost negligible.

They literally are. Hell, I did my bachelor's in Germoney and as an IT fag I'm making almost twice the dough after tax here in Moscow than I would if I had stayed. And it's still on the lower side of average by burger standards. Europooria is a splendid location to leech gibs or to squander generational wealth, but sadly it's not really a place for anyone even mildly ambitious.
