Resna was the only season 2 Slash breaker and before her was bride Izana. Resna has a lot of utility and doesn't need to break to contribute a lot.

They seem pretty even depending on the battle conditions though Johanna has single target burst which could be needed and her active skill sounds pretty wild. Non Slash teams could also benefit more from Johanna's debuffs than Resna's.
