On the summer solstice it rises 23.4° north of east and sets 23.4° north of west.
On the winter solstice it rises 23.4° south of east and sets 23.4° south of west.
I have no idea how this could work in their flat earth model and neither do they so they just shove it under the rug of cognitive dissonance.
