You literally don't know how this works. Amp power doesn't affect the frequency response whatsover. Add a resistor to this exact amp amp and you'll get a frequency response effect you're talking about. Here's a 1mW amp that boosts bass.

Nigga, it's just physics. But not all headphones are affected, only headphones with non-flat impedance. Manufacturers only provide a single number so you'll have to look it up online. Or buy a $20 dongle with <1 Ohm output impedance and never worry about this shit again.
