And so on. All this sounds like money laundering financial fuckery. Trillions and trillions of US citizen tax payer money is being taken and sent off somewhere, bouncing around, and who knows where it's ending up. And the people like Republicans saying they want to end taxes or the debt, are still taxing and taking money now through tariffs (in addition to normal taxes which they will never end) - where's that money going?
