NTA but see this >>527764821, its equivalent to saying AotA isn't canon because it retroactively fixes itself with Chosen Undead doing/already having done everything Artorias should have done in the past. I.e. the main game isn't affected by AotA events in any way because they have already been done, you can play or can not play AotA and main DaS1 story isn't affected by it, just like Nightreign. Just because it collapsed and time straightened itself doesn't mean it isn't canon.
I agree that trying to force some sort of multiversal narrative is stupid and Souls bosses are nothing more than cheeky fanservice, but that doesn't invalidate the rest of Nightreign.
