Seriously?
Just give it up and walk away with your honour somewhat intact. Talk to her dad if it helps you deal with it. Tell him that if she talks about you with him, he can tell her you're sorry and you'd like to meet her again, but leave her alone.
Why would you attempt to force yourself into the life of someone who doesn't want you there anymore?
And when you miss her just recount her faults untill you stop missing her. And when you're lonely recount what you fought about and you'll stop wishing she was there.
Keep doing this every time you think of her, in every context you do, and you'll eventually kill any want inside you to be with her.
It'll take a while, but it 100% works. I killed my feelings for my first crush this way. After two months of always drowning every thought that came up about her in what I didn't like about her, she eventually faded from that prime spot in my mind.
Nowdays she's just one of many women I've known through the years.
And when you're suffering, remember this. Things don't actually get better as you get older, but you get used to how things are when they're shit, and you get used to living with things beeing shit now and then.
It makes you apprechiate the short times when they're not shit.
