They were upset that the game didn't have the same few copypasted buildings that can destroyed and not realizing that carrying the same concept would hurt significantly hurt the map design in a large-scope game (i.e. less cover and more sightlines). Best example of this can be seen in the village portion of Golmud on Conquest, the building around A & B flags, two of which are the most active hotspots on the map, can be entirely flattened thus ruining infantry players from accessing or hiding for cover especially from vehicles.
