And it didnt even happen to me i saw a lolg screenshot of someone flaming and downloaded the screenshot and sent it to riot saying my friend doesnt know how to send tickets so i sent it for him and it worked.
Ill keep refreshing this guys match history for the next week to check if its chat restrict or 14 day ban.
Feels good to clean up toxic trash from the community even if its 1 piece at a time. ^^
