If I can recall arams give lower exp than summoners rift however again can vary depending on the length of the game since 1 Sr game can basically mean 2 rounds of arams. Also you are not getting the mission rewards doing arams only. And early level arams have this thing were you see the same champs over and over due to low champ pools and also bots, lots of bots. I would probably recommend drafts since the bots probably don't know how to ban

It feels horrific. I'm someone who just returned to the game after quitting in season 3/4 so this is a fresh acc and I used to play other lanes mainly support. I have a good winrate on supp and I genuinely feel like it's more impactful at this level than jungler is unless the jungler is a challenger smurf. Supp diff is massive, knowing when to roam and how to secure stuff. When I jungle at this level I legit feel like i have zero support 90% of the time and zero vision, it feels if you are in your correct MMR then you have zero agency because you need 1 winning lane, if you're a laner you can guarantee that.
