Begging modern-day US balkanization mods to come up with something based in reality for their Native American revivals. Do a Quecha path in Bolivia, for some content in South America (a HoI4 mod first!). The only conceivable Amerindian state in the lower 48 is the Navajo nation. The 'Lakota' territories would cover a lot of US nuke silos, whitey isn't letting the ~100k Rez alkies take control of those.
