The lens and funky horn on Reg's helmet are supposed to he on the same side as Gentle Knock. This isn't a matter of Tsukushi forgetting to mirror an image, this is just a flat out fuck up. His asymmetrical designs are messing with him, but it's not the first time this has happened.
