NTA I mean I don't think yours are the best LoRA out there but that anon is overblowing it, it's more than usable just have to lower the strength at hires. As someone who has made a ton of LoRA for small chuba back in the pony days, setting up a proper dataset is a pain in the ass and draining so I get it lol.

What's your vram+ram? You can use the gguf quants and should be good if you have at least 8+32. Otherwise best bet is to inpaint using illustrious after crudely drawing over the picture with skin color and stuff.
