Really excited to build and play Carly. Specially since she also gives me an excuse to use C6 Baizhi and Yangyang. And ill probably build Taoqi too just for the fun of it.

I got her super early and have nothing else to pull this patch now, so maybe I'll focus on getting her sig now, and give static mist to Ciaccona.
