How does one stop smoking weed

I am 25 and have no hope. couldnt afford college, had crackhead parents, and I got raped a bunch as a kid

Now I work a dead end job, have never even kissed a girl, and basically have no goals or future.

Why shouldnt I keep smoking weed? I know I should quit, but life is so depressing and I cannot see any way it could possibly get better. I am not, and will never be qualified for a good job. My MESNA IQ is 138, but I am retarded and suicidally depressed

weed makes life a but easier to cope but it ensures I will remain retarded and broke forever
