That stinks. Do they have good pictures to inspect?
My only advice is to not compromise even if you are waiting awhile. Or at least don't shift over what you deem is acceptable quality only to own the figure. It is best to wait till you find one in condition you want for a price you want. Never regretted it at least. I'm probably preaching to the choir though.
