I'm 35 and I cant stop ganing wate. It's made me look so much older because my face is now bloated and droopy.
Especially when I take selfies on a phone, I look 10 years older when viewed through a smartphone lens like it exaggerated all the droopiness or something.

The thing is, I dont even eat that much more than when I was 20. Apparently each year you need to eat more healthier and exercise more than the last. But the hard part is that every year your motivation is smaller and you're mentally weaker. Like, I'm 35. That's the same as 65 by today's zoom-zoom youth obsession standards. It's not that I dont have willpower to do shit, it's that I know there's literally no reason for me to keep in shape and exercise like a 25yo Khad. What's the point? I'm not ganna get 25yo Khad rewards, right? SO what's the reward for living like a monk? Nothin?
