Idk. Don't take my word for it, I haven't the time to try for sure. But I have code already for OCR to scan in the letter and also decoding Caesar Cypher by brute force isn't too hard either. If these threads are still going later I can check it out a bit more. Just don't have time right now. I doubt it will be anything very interesting either. But who knows?
