Water ranger would have a lot of synergy, probably my dream class SP combination. Wind and lightning both have crit bonuses in their SP gauge so they could work well with guns too.

Ari being wind is a surprise, I was extremely convinced she would be spirit, especially since she will probably be able to tame beasts which will let her cover her elemental weakness. But a wind archer sounds cool. I wonder if her bard advanced class will have the performance mechanic?
Yuri not being wind is also a surprise, maybe this means that having ESP powers is genetic, but the actual ESP element isn't. Are/were Sion's brothers also lightning? Or maybe Yuri just inherited a different ESP element from one of his parents. Anyways this gives me hope that maybe we get a fire mage.

Claudia is a witch so she couldn't be lightning, my hope is that she's water after knowing the elements of the others.

After Faye was confirmed not to be ice earlier I always suspected she would be spirit for some reason.
And while Dandy did say you were right about some of them, you could also be right about some more that Dandy just didn't want to confirm.
