The current main problem (for me at least) with that is that the e-shop is region-locked, and this includes DLCs, even free ones. I'm thinking about importing LoveR Kiss Endless Memories, and the unique special edition sold directly on Dragami Games' website includes two cute plushies as well as two codes for special promo DLC. Problem is, I'd have to make a whole new account to use the DLC codes. I could probably do it, but it'd be a pain to have to switch between accounts every time I want to play it just to use the DLC because Nintendo won't allow a proper western release.
