As I explained there, you are playing on a misconception of the German equivalent of the word "exterminate," which could mean "deportation" and not killing.

It was well known that Hitler's regime wanted to deport those people, and they did deport many voluntarily at their own expense to Palestine under the Haavara agreement from 1933 to 1938.
