It's going well. I took a chance and went to a Sonic Adventure Speedrunner Discord and asked if anyone was willing to try my game and critique it. Someone who was a World Record Speedrunner tried it and loved it, but had some major critiques, particularly about how slopes and speed are handled, how hard it is to stop yourself in the air, as well as he does not like how the dash is implemented. So, I made a build with his suggestions in mind to see if I like the changes. and honestly, he was right on the money with a lot of his critiques. The game plays much better now.

He showed it to his Speedrunner friends, and they've decided to try to find speedrun tech just for shits and giggles. Here is a glitch they found that, honestly, I'm not going to take out. It's pretty cool.
